Paper piecing is Evil
It looked so easy when I watched a YouTube video. I watched this young woman with the most pleasant voice and assuring the viewer that this was easy as pie. Step one, step two etc. I watched with amazement thinking how hard could this be? Ok restart and follow the instructions step by step. First to download the template and print it actual size, which proved out to be a bit challenging in itself. Half hour later, feeling very proud of myself to be able to figure out exactly how my printer and my iPad interacted with each other and voila a template printed. Ok back to the YouTube video and I’ll just follow step by step. Not so fast, wait this is upside down and backwards! Oh but my brain does not work that way, not easily anyway. Ok perhaps this is too complex I will look for a simpler template. It’s the holidays maybe I’ll do a Christmas tree. Great idea. Not so fast, this one is difficult too. Fewer pieces ok that’s better. I managed but I’m not a great fan
